Is my data secure on your platform?
Yes. We take data security seriously. All connections are encrypted in transit (HTTPS), our servers and database are hosted in the EU (OVHcloud, France) with access limited to authorised administrators, and the database is backed up daily. We never sell your data, and you decide whether each of your reports is public or private.
Do I need to install anything?
No. You can use Deal Wizard entirely through our web interface—just sign up and get started in your browser.
An optional Chrome extension that helps you analyse deals directly from property listing sites is coming soon.
Is there a free trial available?
Yes. New accounts start with 4 free analysis credits, so you can explore the platform and see how the analysis works. Your first month on the Investor or Deal Sourcer plan is free too, with the plan's full monthly reports.
What happens after my free trial ends?
At the end of your free month your plan renews at its monthly price, unless you cancel the renewal on your Billing page before then — you will not be charged if you do. Credits you bought or received for free never expire, and your reports stay available in your dashboard.
How can I cancel my subscription plan?
You can cancel at any time on your Billing page with "Cancel renewal". Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period—no hidden fees or long-term commitments.

No. All outputs are estimates based on the data you provide and market assumptions. Deal Wizard is a decision-support tool, not a crystal ball. Actual results may vary depending on market conditions, financing, and execution.
